1. Recharge and Bill Payment Services
Successful Transactions

Once a recharge or bill payment is successfully processed, no cancellation or refund is possible.

We strongly recommend reviewing all information (mobile number, operator, bill account details, amount) before confirming a transaction.
Failed Transactions

If a recharge or bill payment fails due to technical issues, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method or wallet within 3–5 business days.

You do not need to take any action to initiate this refund.
2. Product Orders
Order Cancellation

You may cancel a product order before it is shipped by contacting our support team.

Once shipped, cancellations are not guaranteed and depend on courier status.
Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return window for most products from the date of delivery.

Returns are accepted if:

The product is damaged or defective

The wrong product is delivered

The product is unused and in original condition with packaging

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store wallet credit.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Recharge or bill pay completed successfully to the correct details.

Returned product is used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Request for return/refund is raised after the 7-day return window.
