5. Refund and Cancellation

• Product Orders: Cancellations and refunds are subject to our return policy. Damaged or incorrect items may be eligible for return.

• Recharge/Bill Pay: Successful recharges or payments are non-refundable. Failed transactions will be auto-refunded to your source account or wallet.

• Wallet Refunds: Wallet balances are non-transferable and can only be used for services provided on the platform.
